How do I buy/sell Malaysia Airlines shares?

Can you confirm the number of Malaysia Airlines shares I hold?

How do I transfer my shares?
You will need to obtain a Stock Transfer Form from the Registrars, and return this, together with your share certificate, to them to arrange the transfer of ownership. I have changed my address; how do I notify you?

Annual General Meeting

If I am unable to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), can I appoint a proxy?
Please refer to our IR Calendar for details on the AGM. Malaysia Airlines have changed its financial year-end to December. Therefore from next year onwards the AGM will be held by the month of June. Details of the AGM will be given in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, sent to shareholders prior to the meeting.

Dividends

Can my dividends be reinvested and used to buy more shares?
No, at this point in time the company does not have a dividend reinvestment plan.

I have not received my dividend cheque. What should I do?
Contact the Registrars, who can check the payment details and, if appropriate, issue another cheque. For further details please contact the Share Registrar.

I did not cash in the dividend cheque within the stipulated timeframe, what should I do?
Contact the Registrars for a re issuance of a new cheque. For further details please contact the Share Registrar.
